Shipping

All Space Racks orders are packed and shipped from Portland, Oregon. Shipping rates are shown in the Shopping Cart, once you add your first product and destination address. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and ship during the weekdays. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Local pickup is available in Portland, Oregon.

Please verify your shipping address and order details before placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, and payment processing fees are non-refundable. If you notice a mistake, contact info@spaceracks.com as soon as possible. I'll do my best to help if your order hasn't shipped yet.

For international orders, please include a phone number at checkout. If your country isn't available, email info@spaceracks.com for a shipping quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns

All sales are final and I don’t have the capacity to accept returns or exchanges. That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or I've made an error with your order, please contact me at info@spaceracks.com as soon as possible. Including photos of the issue will help me understand the problem and find the best solution. 

Warranty

At Space Racks, every rack is designed, fabricated, and inspected by hand. I take pride in building products that are made to last, and I stand behind the quality of everything I manufacture.

Space Racks products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modifications, misuse, accidents, stunt riding, commercial use, exceeding published weight limits, or normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear and environmental exposure. Labor for removal or reinstallation is also not covered.

Products sold by Space Racks but not manufactured by Space Racks (such as fasteners or other hardware) are not covered under this warranty.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please email info@spaceracks.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos & videos if possible. If your claim is approved, I'll repair or replace the product at my discretion, or, if appropriate, issue a refund.

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Racks is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by location.

Privacy Policy

Space Racks collects only the information needed to process orders, communicate with customers, and operate this website.

Information I may collect includes your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order history. Payment information is securely processed by Stripe. Space Racks does not store or have access to your credit or debit card information.

If you contact me by email, I'll use that information only to respond to your inquiry or provide support related to your order.

I will only send marketing emails or newsletters if you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails.

Space Racks does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except when necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, or comply with applicable laws.
